Emma has an established background in Events Management, facilitation and performance. Her experience includes end-to-end event production, creative direction, hosting workshops, roaming and stage-based performance acts, stage management, and venue management - both as an individual and as one half of BACKED Productions.

A week-long event affiliated with Burning Man, Emma is a multi-faceted powerhouse in a number of areas across the event. Responsible for feeding all crew across the 2.5 weeks on site, coordinating the Psychedellyfish venue team, and running a number of her own workshops and events, Emma also contributes to the planning and pre-work year-round.
